I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you for your role in designing our web sites.
The service and dedication you demonstrated throughout the course of the project was superior.
Since this was my first time embracing a web site, I was a bit nervous about conducting all
communications via phone and e-mail due to the difference in our geographical locations. I must say
shortly into the project I was quickly impressed at what could be accomplished without ever actually
meeting. You repeatedly demonstrated a great ability to effectively listen to our needs and goals and
created a web site and a database that exceeded our expectations.
The feedback that we are receiving from our clients and prospects has been nothing but positive. The
design element where we can "customize" the one web site to a specific client has been a very
influential selling point.
I look forward to a continued relationship as our web site needs change, as I wouldn't dream of working
